Outreach Center of West Houston Community Updates: Recovery Programs, Houston Local Art, Poker Tournament, Leadercast 2018 & More

Community Library Houston FamilyPointAs part of our Houston community recovery, we are especially thankful to all of you for helping OCWH off to a great start to 2018. We surpassed our year end goal of $10,000 to help offset Hurricane Harvey recovery at the Center.

Since Hurricane Harvey, we have restored FamilyPoint’s community library, installed new concrete flooring, hung sheetrock, and have now completed water-proofing the building’s exterior. We are happy to announce that the facility is not only fully restored, but much improved.

Everyone at OCWH is extremely grateful for the cooperation and help provided by our Center’s supporters, neighbors and our non-profit agency partners.

West Houston is an amazing community! Please feel free to give me a call to arrange a tour of OCWH’s new and improved facility and meet some of our community partners.
